The service

Modifiler provides browser-based tools to resize, compress and convert images and PDFs. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard on availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your account

You may use most tools without signing in. If you create an account through Google Sign-In, you are responsible for activity that happens under it. Tell us immediately at modifilersupport@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You must own the files you upload, or have permission to process them. You must not upload unlawful content, content that infringes someone else’s rights, malware, or material that is sexually explicit involving minors.

You must not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or bypass the limits of the service, nor resell access to it without our written agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Free tier and paid plans

You can try the tools without an account: anonymous visitors get two free successful jobs, tracked with a first-party cookie. Every signed-in account receives two more free successful jobs. Failed or unsupported jobs do not consume your allowance.

Paid subscriptions (weekly, monthly, 6-month, annual) provide unlimited jobs and remove all advertising for the paid period, and renew automatically until cancelled. The one-time 10-Hour Pass, available in India, unlocks all tools for 10 hours from activation, does not renew, and — unlike subscriptions — does not remove advertising.

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you are visiting from and include applicable taxes where our payment provider is required to charge them.

Billing and cancellation

Payments are handled by Razorpay (India) and Paddle (other regions). Paid access is granted only after we receive a verified payment confirmation from the provider.

You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights in the files you upload and in the outputs you download. We keep all rights in the Modifiler name, website, design and software.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modifiler is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Always keep your own copy of any original file. Processing is one-way and we cannot recover a file after it has been deleted.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
